These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Total Holdings (the "App"), operated by Zack Luo ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the App.
Account registration

- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Portfolio tracking only
The App provides portfolio tracking tools only. We do not offer financial advice, brokerage services, investment recommendations, or guarantees of performance. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Do not use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
User content
You retain ownership of the data you input, such as portfolio holdings and transactions. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the App features.
Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services for hosting, email delivery, or error monitoring. Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms and policies.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the App, you agree to those practices.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time using the in-app deletion flow. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, Total Holdings does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data provided (including market prices) is 100% accurate.
Not Financial Advice: Total Holdings is a tool for informational and tracking purposes only. We are not financial advisors, and nothing in the app should be construed as investment, legal, or tax advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zack Luo and Titanite Studio shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of business reputation, goodwill, or opportunity.
- Loss or corruption of data or information.
- Decisions or actions taken by you in reliance upon the data provided by the App.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zack Luo and Titanite Studio from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
